This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what information Sunfly collects when you use our Services, as well as ways we might use or share it and your legal rights. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Policy doesn’t apply to practices of companies that we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through the Sunfly services.

Unless indicated otherwise, our Policy applies to all of Sunfly’s mobile software applications that have been made available for download (each, an “App”, and together, the “Apps”) and any related websites or other online properties owned or controlled by Sunfly (together with the Apps, the “Services”).

When we say “Sunfly” (or “we”, “us” and “our”) we’re referring to Sunfly Karaoke Ltd., including any of its subsidiaries. We’re a global company headquartered in London. When we say “you” or “your” we are referring to the subscriber to our app(s) or services.

You always have the right to access your personal information, the right to rectify or to complete it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, the right to oppose, without expense, to its use. You have the right to access or withdraw data at any time.
